Nina Lynn combines a background in law and a lifelong love of real estate in her role as a Realtor.
As the daughter of a Realtor who owned her own agency in Connecticut, Nina grew up surrounded by and following the real-estate market. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College, where she majored in sociology, Nina's family connections brought her to the Burlington area.
Soon after her move to Vermont, Nina worked as a paralegal for seven years and "read for the Bar". In Vermont a person who completes a four-year registered clerkship with the court can sit for the bar exam and become a licensed lawyer in the state. While juggling the demands of work and family, Nina instead decided to put her love of real estate to work and became a REALTOR® in 2004. Her years in the legal profession complement her job representing buyers and sellers. "We're writing legal contracts as Realtors, so it's helpful to have a legal background," she notes.
Cindy Allard serves as REALTOR & Assistant on the Nina Lynn Team. Cindy grew up in Maine and Connecticut and relocated to Vermont more than 10 years ago after many visits during which she felt a strong tie to the fresh air and mountains. Cindy has spent time living in Burlington, Middlebury, and is now settled in Essex. Regardless of the town, Cindy plans on making Vermont her permanent home.
In 2014 Cindy joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman and brings a strong background in the hospitality and communications industries and has been acknowledged for her keen attention to detail, sharp organizational skills, and ability to communicate.
Chantal understands the complexities of managing the buy/sell process and brings commitment, attention to detail and expertise to each transaction. Growing up in Connecticut, Chantal was immersed in the family business of selling building products at a young age. With the guidance of her father, she and her brother built their first spec home while still in college.
After graduating from Trinity College with a degree in Economics, Chantal worked as an International Tax Consultant in Boston and concurrently began investing in and managing rental properties throughout the Northeast. After moving to Arizona, she shifted gears to non-profit work focused on physical health and mental resilience for high school students and staff at a Title 1 school in Tucson. Chantal’s career came full circle, returning to the real estate industry she loves and guiding people to advance their goals.
